The website must be used strictly for lawful purposes.
Chitral reserves the right to modify product prices, availability, and descriptions at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Color Accuracy
We make every effort to display the colors and details of our bangles and jewelry as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings or lighting conditions during photography.
3. Orders & Payments
Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance by Chitral.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as authorized electronic payment methods (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Cards).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped via reliable third-party logistics partners.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience. However, unforeseen events such as extreme weather, holidays, or logistics delays may cause occasional adjustments to delivery schedules.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
Customers are strongly advised to inspect the parcel in the presence of the delivery agent upon receiving it.
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please return it directly to the delivery person and inform our customer service immediately.
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted once the product has been used or after the delivery person has left.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, branding, product images, graphics, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of Chitral. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

চিত্রাল (Chitral)-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম! আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার বা কোনো পণ্য অর্ডার করার পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের শর্তাবলীগুলো মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ে নিন। এই ওয়েবসাইটটি ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।
১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী
ওয়েবসাইটটি কেবল সৎ ও বৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
পণ্যের স্টক, মূল্য এবং বিবরণ কোনো পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার চিত্রাল সংরক্ষণ করে।
২. পণ্য ও রঙ
আমরা ওয়েবসাইটে পণ্যের সঠিক রঙ ও বিবরণ প্রদর্শন করার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে আপনার ব্যবহৃত ডিভাইসের স্ক্রিন ডিসপ্লে বা লাইটিংয়ের কারণে আসল পণ্যের রঙ সামান্য তফাত হতে পারে।
৩. অর্ডার ও মূল্য পরিশোধ
ওয়েবসাইট বা পেজের মাধ্যমে সফলভাবে অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করার পর আমরা অর্ডারের সত্যতা যাচাই করে তা নিশ্চিত করব।
পেমেন্ট মেথড হিসেবে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) অথবা অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের (যেমন: বিকাশ/নগদ/কার্ড) মাধ্যমে টাকা পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন।
চিত্রাল যেকোনো অনিয়মিত, সন্দেহজনক বা ভুল তথ্যের অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।
৪. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
আমরা নির্দিষ্ট ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের মাধ্যমে পণ্য সরবরাহ করে থাকি।
সাধারণত অর্ডারের দিন থেকে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়। তবে আবহাওয়া, পরিবহন সমস্যা বা যেকোনো অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতিতে ডেলিভারি কিছুটা বিলম্বিত হতে পারে।
৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি
পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার সময় ডেলিভারিম্যানের সামনেই তা চেক করে নেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক।
কোনো পণ্য ভাঙা, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে ডেলিভারিম্যানকে ফেরত দিতে হবে এবং আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ারে জানাতে হবে।
ব্যবহার করা বা ডেলিভারিম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর পণ্য ভাঙা/ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত দাবির ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে।
৬. মেধা স্বত্ব
চিত্রালের লোগো, পণ্যের ছবি, টেক্সট, ব্যানার ও গ্রাফিক্সসহ যাবতীয় কনটেন্ট 'চিত্রাল'-এর নিজস্ব সম্পত্তি। কর্তৃপক্ষের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো অন্য কোথাও ব্যবহার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
৭. শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন
চিত্রাল যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলীতে পরিমার্জন বা পরিবর্তন আনার অধিকার রাখে। সংশোধিত শর্তাবলী ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশের সাথে সাথেই তা কার্যকরের আওতায় আসবে।
